Woodland Park Community Church youth ministry helps young people follow Jesus and lead others to follow Jesus. We strive to impact students' lives in a discipleship context where we teach, model, and lead out of relationship. All we do is gospel-centered in truth and application as we help students pursue their own personal relationship with Christ and actively follow Him with their lives.

Youth Group for Grades 7 to 12

Thursdays, 6:30-8:30 pm

Our current teaching theme is

Abide: Walking with Jesus, a study of John 15

We desire to help students connect with God and each other on a deeper level and engage with scripture in a way that is relevant and applicable. To encourage community and engagement, students alternate each week between meeting for teaching and worship at the Youth Home next to the church and meeting for discussion at the main church building.

Please use the following guide to determine where your students will meet on any given week.

Jr High (7th and 8th graders):

  • 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month, 7th and 8th grades meet at the Youth Home next to the church for worship, games, and a teaching time in God's Word.
  • 2nd and 4th Thursdays, 7th and 8th grades meet at the main church building for fellowship and small group discussion.

Sr High (9th through 12th graders):

  • 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month, senior high meets at the main church building for fellowship and small group discussion.
  • 2nd and 4th Thursdays, senior high meets at the Youth Home next to the church for worship, games, and a teaching time in God's Word.

If there is a 5th Thursday in a month, ALL students will meet at the church (in the Youth Home next to the church for a special evening together.
